About this grant
This grant will support networking meetings and other learning opportunities for the Foundation’s grantees and other organizations working in the asset-building field. These meetings provide grantees and other asset-building stakeholders a unique space for the exchange of ideas and strategies, problem-solving, and for the development of potential collaborations. Washington University will develop content for meetings, Webinars, and conference calls with the Foundation’s grantees and other organizations. In addition to convener, the grantee will function as a documentation partner, mining each meeting for important insights and lessons learned and broadly disseminating that information in order to continue expanding knowledge in the asset-building field. Washington University is a private research university founded in 1853 and located in suburban St. Louis, Missouri. The University’s Center for Social Development was created in 1994 to create and study innovations in public policy that enable individuals, families, and communities to formulate and achieve life goals, and contribute to the economy and society.
