About this grant
The River Alliance of Wisconsin is a statewide environmental organization that works to improve the health of the Great Lakes ecosystem. Prior support has enabled the grantee to help address aquatic invasive species issues, inform state-level implementation of the Great Lakes Compact, engage the public on water quality protections, provide capacity-building assistance to watershed groups, and monitor hydropower licenses. With renewed support, the grantee will continue these activities and develop a new focus on helping urban communities address municipal water infrastructure challenges. The grantee will also build its own internal capacity by updating its data management systems.
