About this grant
This grant increase will allow the YWCA of Greater Flint to improve the organization’s accounting and financial reporting systems. The YWCA of Greater Flint is a nonprofit organization located in downtown Flint that has provided the community with critical, mission-driven programming and services for almost 100 years. With the original grant, the organization hired expert financial services to complete a financial analysis and make recommendations for developing new accounting procedures and systems. However, additional funds are needed to implement the recommended changes.
