About this grant
The Harriet Tubman Center for Recruitment and Development of Organizers was founded in 2006 as a project of several affiliates of the Gamaliel Foundation in order to fill a void in the recruitment and development of professional and competent community organizers. In 2008, the center separated from MI*Voice and formed a separate nonprofit corporation. This grant will provide partial general purpose support.
