About this grant

The program goal is to promote corporate philanthropy at the local level in Ukraine. Regular media events, roundtable discussions, and philanthropy forums will be held in each participating region. In addition, the grantee will provide training support to local organizations to build their marketing and fundraising capacities. A regular series of publications and promotional materials will also be developed in support of local initiatives. Local competitions for most effective media coverage of philanthropic activities will be staged, as will a "Top Philanthropist" contest for local donors from participating regions. Founded in 1995, the mission of the Princes-Benefactors Ostrozkiy Foundation is to support regional charitable organizations and socially disadvantaged people by providing information, consultations, and technical and financial assistance.
