About this grant

The Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy serves a five-county region in northwest lower Michigan. The grantee has protected over 39,000 acres and 121 miles of shoreline, and manages 34 nature preserves. Over the last two years, the grantee hosted 38 events, hikes, bike rides, and demonstrations that drew more than 500 participants from within the region. With continued general purpose support, the grantee will maintain the full suite of its programs and launch a new capital campaign.
