About this grant
The YWCA of Greater Flint has worked toward eliminating racism and empowering women in the greater Flint community for over 40 years. Today, however, the organization finds itself at an important crossroads, and to ensure continued success, it will need to develop a comprehensive plan focusing on its operation, financial stability, programming, staffing, and building requirements. This grant will enable the grantee to retain the strategic planning assistance of the management consulting firm that conducted its financial and operational viability assessment during the previous grant period.
