About this grant
Established in 1988, the American Arab Heritage Council serves the needs of Arab-Americans and other recent immigrants in the Genesee County area through programming such as immigration services, diversity education, and cultural programming. During the grant period, the project will continue to help immigrants from all backgrounds navigate the American legal system and become acclimated to life in the United States by providing immigration forums and educational workshops, assisting with immigration casework, offering translation services, and leading citizenship classes.
