About this grant
This grant increase will enable Metro Housing Partnership to develop additional loan products for suppliers and small businesses related to the automotive industry. A previous Mott grant supported the organization’s efforts to become Genesee County’s only community development financial institution. These institutions provide loans and mortgages for businesses and residents in underserved and distressed urban communities.
