About this grant
Since 1922, the United Way of Genesee County has raised funds to support local agencies that provide a variety of human services to area residents. In recent years, fundraising has been a challenge due to changing community demographics and the increased level of direct fundraising by nonprofit agencies. This grant will provide support for the grantee to search for an interim executive director to help restructure the organization to better serve the community and incorporate more modern fundraising practices.
