About this grant
This grant will provide support to the Flint Community Schools to aid in the reconfiguration of the district’s business office. In compliance with the recently approved deficit elimination plan, the district will restructure the business office and convert to an upgraded financial and human resources data management system. Both initiatives are aimed at bolstering the district’s operational effectiveness and implementing the controls required for long-term financial stability and the improvement of education at the Flint Community Schools.
