About this grant
For the past three years, Mott Community College has served as the lead agency for the Flint and Genesee Literacy and Basic Skills Network. The network is a coalition of community organizations, businesses, and governmental leaders working toward increasing basic skills and literacy levels in Genesee County. With this grant, the grantee will engage a team of specialized literacy consultants to lead a six-month planning process which will identify priority goals and objectives for the network.
