About this grant
This grant will enable the Volunteer Centers of Michigan, an affiliate of the Michigan Nonprofit Association, to work with the United Way of Genesee County to develop a new, dynamic, and sustainable volunteer center for Genesee County. The Volunteer Centers of Michigan will work with community stakeholders to redesign the local volunteer center to better align with Flint’s master plan, the five-year service plan, and Flint Community Schools, while supporting and meeting the needs of local nonprofit organizations and community members.
