About this grant

The Environmental Leadership Program is a Maryland-based organization that was founded in 2000 to provide leadership training, coaching, and individualized support to environmental leaders across the United States. With prior Mott support, leaders from 10 freshwater organizations in the Great Lakes region improved their organizational management skills and widened their networks by participating in the grantee’s National Leadership Program. With renewed support, the grantee will target the needs of Great Lakes leaders by launching the Great Lakes Regional Network fellowship program. It will train 20 Great Lakes leaders each year and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
