About this grant
This project will support Johns Hopkins University School of Education’s Everyone Graduates Center to launch and establish a data-driven, evidence-based mentoring program as part of a new national initiative to reduce chronic student absenteeism. This project will include: 1) launching the School Success Mentor Program in 30 communities across the nation; 2) developing a national infrastructure to provide leadership and technical assistance for the program; and 3) working to connect the School Success Mentor Program with existing afterschool initiatives.
