About this grant
Metro Community Development is a multiservice community development corporation dedicated to creating stable and vibrant neighborhoods in Flint and Genesee County. The grantee serves as both an intermediary and a direct service provider for federal and state programs designed to assist low-income people and help the community recover from the water crisis. Support will be used to strengthen the organization’s Asset Development, division which includes the federal Community Development Financial Institution Program. In addition, the grantee focuses on Community and Housing Development divisions.
