About this grant
This grant will provide support to Red Ink Flint for the Factory Two Project. Factory Two is an affordable community makerspace where creative people gather to work on their product ideas and network with each other. Foundation support will help fund operations including staff for expanded hours, programming, and equipment purchases. Previous support was used to renovate the facility, equipment acquisition, and other startup costs. In addition to Factory Two, Red Ink Flint operates Flint Local 432, a performance venue located in downtown Flint that provides artistic programming and community convening in the city.
