About this grant
Older industrial cities in the Great Lakes region face water infrastructure investment and reinvestment needs that outweigh available resources. There is a need to right size such services — re-create them in order to match both the populations they serve and the available resources. The University of Michigan Water Center will convene academic and practitioner experts to address water infrastructure issues municipal leaders in the region are facing. Seminars, webinars, and a report will be among the results.
