About this grant
This grant will aid in the distribution of fresh and healthy food in Genesee County. The Food Bank of Eastern Michigan provides healthy, nutritious food to the most vulnerable community members through its partnerships with more than 200 agencies in the city of Flint. To meet this need, safe and reliable equipment is essential in the distribution of food. This grant will also provide funds for the benefit of St. Luke’s N.E.W. Life Center and the Flint Eastside Nazarene Compassionate Mission to procure highly nutritional food, personal care items, and program services like mobile pantry items.
