About this grant
The Whaley Historic House Museum, located at the entrance of the Flint Cultural Center, serves to preserve Flint’s rich cultural history and widespread accessibility to the arts and humanities through engagement with our community. In the fall of 2015, the structure suffered a devastating fire. This grant to Whaley Historical House Association, Inc., will help restore the museum building to its pre-fire condition and, where possible, historically accurate exterior and interior.
