About this grant
This grant to Voices for Georgia’s Children will enable the Georgia Statewide Afterschool Network to increase the quality and sustainability of afterschool programs across Georgia by strengthening the school-age policies and promoting participation in the state’s quality-rated, school-age program. This project will support the network to: 1) increase the number of programs with quality standards in Georgia; 2) work with partners to develop school-age policies and regulations; and 3) increase coordination of afterschool and child-care policies and programs. The grantee will share lessons learned with other state networks to enhance quality programs for disadvantaged students.
