About this grant
The Michigan Public Service Commission is developing a report on performance-based regulation, which differs from the traditional cost of service regulatory approach. Performance-based regulation can be used to advance a range of goals, including energy efficiency and renewable energy generation. The Regulatory Assistance Project will provide technical support to the commission as it develops the report. The Regulatory Assistance Project is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that helps energy and air quality regulators in the United States and abroad to navigate the complexities of power sector policy, regulation, and markets.
