About this grant
This grant will provide support to Genesee County Habitat for Humanity to expand the work of its Homeowner Occupied Repair Program into the neighborhood surrounding the Durant-Tuuri-Mott campus. Residential improvements to homes will be targeted to the streets directly bordering the educational facility in an effort to fully meet the needs of the residential community. Genesee County Habitat for Humanity will partner with local organizations to connect neighborhood residents and leverage additional resources for home repair. This work aligns with a core tenant of Genesee County Habitat for Humanity’s mission of bringing people together to build community.
