About this grant
This grant will provide funding to the Uptown Reinvestment Corporation, a supported organization of the Foundation for the Uptown Reinvestment Corporation for the redevelopment of the former Perry Drug Store Building located at 600 S. Saginaw Street. The building will be converted into a small retail center for multiple tenants. The project furthers the Uptown Reinvestment Corporation’s charitable mission of improving and revitalizing downtown Flint.
