This grant increase will provide additional support to the Foundation for the Uptown Reinvestment Corporation and its supported organization, the Uptown Reinvestment Corporation. Funding will allow the Uptown Reinvestment Corporation the flexibility to respond to new redevelopment opportunities in downtown Flint.
