About this grant
This grant will support a statewide comprehensive public education campaign about the need for school finance reform as recommended in the adequacy report completed by the Oakland Schools Education Foundation. The campaign will develop and implement strategies to better inform Michigan policymakers, parents, business, and community leaders of the differentiated needs of learners. It will work to help stakeholders recognize that failing to adequately meet the needs of different learners puts them at risk of permanent disadvantage compared to their more fortunate peers.
