About this grant
The Council of Michigan Foundations is creating the Robert S. Collier Public Policy Endowment Fund, honoring Rob Collier’s 23 years of service at the council, including 18 years as its President and CEO. The fund will be held in perpetuity with the distributions to be used for the express purpose of meeting the grantee’s annual government relations and public policy goals. The grantee is a statewide association of 300 grantmakers that provides its members with educational programs, technical assistance, networking opportunities, advocacy with policymakers and regulators, and collaborative work with leading national and regional philanthropic associations.
