About this grant
Philanthropy Puerto Rico supports, educates and helps strengthen its members, grantees and the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors broadly. During the previous grant period, the grantee grew its membership, hosted convenings and learning events and hosted philanthropic initiatives. During this grant period, the grantee will focus on data generation and collection, philanthropy engagement in Puerto Rico and providing its members with support. Established in 2009 by seven leading foundations, Philanthropy Puerto Rico has grown to 19 members and exists to enhance the ability of philanthropy and nonprofit organizations to improve the lives of vulnerable populations.
