About this grant
This renewal grant will support the Foundation for the Uptown Reinvestment Corporation’s efforts to promote safety and security in downtown Flint. The grantee is dedicated to supporting revitalization projects that enhance quality of life and provide local and regional access to jobs, food, healthcare, and other essential services.The Uptown Reinvestment Corporation, a supported organization of the grantee, will contract with a security firm for guards to patrol the city’s downtown area.
