North Dakota Statewide Afterschool Network

About this grant

This grant will support the South East Education Cooperative which coordinates the North Dakota Statewide Afterschool Network to expand access to high-quality afterschool programs for young people. Specific initiatives will: 1) support the development and growth of policies that will secure the resources needed to sustain new and existing out-of-school time programs; 2) use momentum from the Network’s Quality Workgroup to continue making positive strides in advancing quality of school-age afterschool and summer learning programs across the state; 3) work with policymakers to design and implement education recovery funding to help North Dakota youth recover and thrive; 4) work with the Mott Foundation to design future afterschool programs and ecosystems; and 5) support the promotion and distribution of Mizzen by Mott.
