About this grant
The Instituto de Energia e Meio Ambiente is a Brazilian think tank with expertise in energy planning, electrical engineering and environmental law and policy. During the next grant period, the grantee will work with electrical distributers and energy agencies to ensure new solar programs include energy for productive economic activity, as well as technical proposals for scaling up sustainable solar supply chains and decommissioning solar equipment once it is no longer in use.
