Equipment for Genesee Career Institute

About this grant

Genesee Intermediate School District provides educational leadership and state-of-the-art learning opportunities for students and adults in Genesee County. In addition, the grantee’s focus on early childhood education, specialized schools and robust professional development programming enables them to offer educational programs and services that reach beyond the classroom to benefit the broader community. This grant will allow the grantee to purchase two pieces of equipment for students enrolled in the Health Sciences and Construction Trades programs at Genesee Career Institute. The equipment will fill the gap between classroom and hands-on skill development to enhance the curricula and promote learning.
