About this grant
The goal of this project is to reengage former University of Michigan-Flint students who did not complete their education to return and finish their degree. The grantee will accomplish this by incentivizing students to return to school with nine free credits. In addition, the grantee will provide a personalized needs assessment, work plan and other supports throughout the returning student’s education. If successful, the University of Michigan-Flint will expand the project to be more inclusive, with the long-term goal of establishing a new college within the university for non-completers nationwide.
