About this grant

The breadth and depth of the impact COVID-19 will have on the well-being of Flint and Genesee County is still evolving. Challenges will include the health and well-being of individuals, the capacity of nonprofits that support them and the overall economic impact to the community. The Greater Flint Urgent Relief Fund for Pandemic Response, a project of the Community Foundation of Greater Flint, is designed to quickly coordinate and deploy resources to nonprofit organizations in the Greater Flint area that are working with communities disproportionately affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. This grant increase will provide additional support to the fund as COVID-19 remains a challenge.
