About this grant
This grant will support the Texas Partnership for Out of School Time which coordinates the Texas Afterschool Network to expand access to high-quality afterschool programs for young people. Specific initiatives will include: 1) work with Network partners to advance a comprehensive system of afterschool and summer learning programs in Texas; 2) develop a statewide evaluation and continuous improvement system to support quality afterschool and summer learning programs; 3) work with education stakeholders and policymakers to design and implement education recovery funding to help Texas youth recover and thrive; 4) work with the Mott Foundation to design future afterschool programs and ecosystems; and 5) support the promotion and distribution of Mizzen resources.
