About this grant
This grant will provide support to Red Ink Flint to manage Factory Two. In addition to Factory Two, the grantee operates Flint Local 432, a performance venue located in downtown Flint. Factory Two is an affordable community makerspace where creative people gather to work on product ideas and network with each other. After two years of significant disruption due to the pandemic, Factory Two programming has largely returned to normal in 2022. With funding from the Mott Foundation, the grantee will continue to support operations and programmatic activities that increase membership, classes and available opportunities for youth.
