About this grant
The Education Trust will support its Midwest division to continue advancing meaningful educational equity and excellence efforts at the state and local levels to address the concerns of challenged districts, such as Flint Community Schools. The grantee’s Midwest division remains well-positioned to inform Michigan’s education policy landscape through equity-focused research and data; whether in regards to long-standing issues, such as early literacy and school funding or the new challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
