About this grant
This grant will support the Adult Career Pathway program at Mott Community College. The program will leverage many of the college’s existing educational and training programs to help connect unemployed adults, low-income workers and youth to employment and a career pathway. The goal is to ensure that area residents can enter and advance into higher-wage occupations in high-growth industries. Work experience and support services are integrated into the model and will enable participants to combine school and work and advance in their careers over time.
