About this grant
The Flint STRIVE replication program, a project of Specialized Employment Services, Inc., provides employment training, job placement and support services for hard-to-serve Flint area residents. A replication of the East Harlem Employment Service’s workforce training program (STRIVE New York), Flint STRIVE prepares participants for the workforce through a 15-day, intensive workshop that emphasizes the attitudinal prerequisites for successful employment.
