About this grant
This grant will support the American Association of School Administrators to work with school leaders as they implement afterschool programs focused on learning recovery for young people and to advance racial equity for young people of color. This project will focus on: working with the 50 State Afterschool Network to develop a series of tools and models of practice that support school district and community partnerships, developing a multimedia strategic communications initiative to inform superintendents and local districts and coordinating a professional learning community of at least eight school districts to support new afterschool programs.
