About this grant
The purpose of the Flint Downtown Development Authority is to correct and prevent deterioration, encourage historical preservation, create and implement development plans, promote economic growth and redevelopment, and encourage the expansion of commercial enterprises, all within the downtown district boundaries. This grant will provide the grantee with emergency operating funds during the COVID-19 pandemic.
