About this grant
Minnesota Environmental Partnership is a broad coalition of environmental and conservation groups from across the state. The grantee has provided leadership and opportunities for its members to convene, communicate and collaborate to protect the state’s natural resources and environmental health. With prior support from the Mott Foundation, the grantee has advanced equity and protections for land and water, with a focus on Lake Superior. The grantee is enabling and leading the coalition to address climate change impacts, especially in vulnerable communities. Renewed support will advance progress toward integrating environmental justice into their overall goals of clean water, climate resilience and Great Lakes policy work in the state.
