About this grant
The Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Cities Initiative is a coalition of over 260 U.S. and Canadian mayors and municipal officials dedicated to advancing the protection and restoration of the region and its water resources. The grantee provides services to its members to integrate environmental, economic and social priorities into solutions that protect the Great Lakes. With previous Mott Foundation support, the grantee convened, collaborated and advanced policies for the benefit of coastal cities within a regional water equity framework. With renewed support, the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Cities Initiative will continue to advance and expand policies and member priorities across communities.
