About this grant
Environmental Defence Canada is active on environmental issues at the provincial and national levels through engagement with stakeholders, organizations and the general public. The organization works to: 1) safeguard Canada’s freshwater resources; 2) decrease Canadians’ exposure to toxic chemicals; 3) end plastic pollution; and 4) build a clean economy. To help address these issues, Environmental Defence Canada will engage and educate stakeholders and participate in opportunities to help ensure the restoration of the Great Lakes, strengthen the organization’s capacity and raise awareness of public health issues in Ontario.
