About this grant
Nearly one in three Americans struggle to pay their water bills on time. A robust federal water affordability program would help address this problem. The Water Foundation, a grantmaking organization supporting innovative water policy initiatives nationwide, will lead a multi-stakeholder scoping process to assess the feasibility of establishing such a program.
