About this grant
The Conservation Law Center is a statewide organization working to conserve lands and improve water quality through Clean Water Indiana, its statewide water policy program to address multiple problems impacting water resources in the state and region. A pro bono legal and technical assistance provider, the grantee has a proven track record of success in improving the quality and accelerating the pace of environmental progress in Indiana and across the Great Lakes basin. This new grant from the Mott Foundation will help advance the goals of Clean Water Indiana, including support of a legal aid program to assist communities in the Lake Michigan watershed disproportionately impacted by environmental harm.
