About this grant
The Midwest Environmental Justice Network — a project of the Minneapolis Foundation — is led by and for community-based organizations in a twelve-state area. The Network connects and supports grassroots groups and diverse leadership to address environmental issues impacting their communities at the local level. The Network has grown partner engagement on environmental policies and programs in Great Lakes states. With this grant increase, the grantee will take advantage of a new opportunity to advance the goals of the Network.
