Nevada Statewide Afterschool Network

About this grant

This grant increase will support the University of Nevada, Las Vegas which coordinates the Nevada Statewide Afterschool Network to leverage opportunities to expand access to high-quality afterschool programs for young people. With this increase, the grantee will continue to: 1) increase the number of afterschool programs available for young people through state afterschool policy and quality initiatives; 2) work with education stakeholders, program providers and policymakers to reduce disruptions for youth and families as American Rescue Plan funding ends; and 3) work with the Mott Foundation to design future afterschool programs and ecosystems.
