About this grant
With this grant, Communities First will renovate the Marian Hall building, located on the northern edge of downtown Flint, and demolish several adjacent buildings. The project will result in new, quality, mixed-income rental unit options for people seeking housing in downtown Flint, remove blight and help to stabilize the neighborhood in which the building sits.
