About this grant
This grant will support the Mott Centennial Youth Innovation Challenge that aims to engage 10,000 youth in entrepreneurship. Led by the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship, this project will leverage other youth entrepreneurship partners and the afterschool field to bring an exciting entrepreneurship pitch competition to youth and in-and out-of-school programming across the U.S. Awards totaling $1,000,000 will be distributed to participating youth, as well as resources and technical assistance to grow their entrepreneurial skills. A robust media campaign will be developed for this project to celebrate participating youth, high-quality educational programming and the Foundation’s 100-year legacy of supporting youth achievement.
